01 · The problem

Resolve the supplier, PO, line, part, and related open commitment. If the match is unclear, keep the ambiguity visible instead of guessing.

Classify the message
Separate routine information from a date change, shipment notice, supplier question, document request, quality issue, or commercial change.
Step 03
Capture the facts
Store the exact source words, normalized dates or quantities, message reference, and the confidence of the match.
Step 04
Move the next step
Update the open work quietly when the evidence is clean. Surface contradictions, missing information, and replies that need a person.
