RE: PO-4711 delivery update

Heads up, the 4140 drive shafts on PO-4711 will now ship about two weeks past the PO date. Machine time opened up later than we expected.

01 · The problem

Email hides the information you need, both inside the team and about where your parts are.

01

Supplier commitments, date changes, questions, attachments, and routine copies all arrive in the same inbox.

02

The buyer has to reread the thread, find the affected PO or part, decide whether anything changed, and remember where the new information belongs.

03

A message that cannot be matched cleanly is easy to file under the wrong order or leave unresolved.

02 · How it works

A focused skill with a clear job and a clear stopping point.

Project Foundry does not receive a vague instruction to automate the department. This workflow defines how the work starts, which evidence it must use, what it may do, and when a person must decide.

  1. Step 01

    Match the work

Resolve the supplier, PO, line, part, and related open commitment. If the match is unclear, keep the ambiguity visible instead of guessing.

  2. Step 02

    Classify the message

Separate routine information from a date change, shipment notice, supplier question, document request, quality issue, or commercial change.

  3. Step 03

    Capture the facts

Store the exact source words, normalized dates or quantities, message reference, and the confidence of the match.

  4. Step 04

    Move the next step

Update the open work quietly when the evidence is clean. Surface contradictions, missing information, and replies that need a person.

03 · What it connects to

The skill is only as useful as the evidence it can reach.

Each connection has a specific purpose. Project Foundry preserves the source and its age instead of turning a collection of systems into one unsupported answer.
