10x your team's productivity with AI tools and training
We help organizations integrate AI into business processes, workflows, and daily habits, enabling your team to do more.
01 · Why we exist
Productivity is no longer about how hard your team works
Picture a team of ten. Three of them have gone AI native. They've stopped grinding through the repetitive parts of their jobs and started leveraging AI in everything: drafting, research, reporting, follow-ups. Within months, those three are outperforming everyone around them. Not because they work harder, and not because they have more years of experience. Because they've learned to amplify themselves.
That's the shift happening right now. What your team can accomplish is no longer about how hard they work. It's about how well they leverage these tools.
Now think about your own top performers. The estimator who knows every job by heart. The buyer who carries the whole supplier base in their head. Give those people the right tools and the training to use them, and they don't get 10 percent better. They can 10x what they get done.
That's why Key Depth exists: to enable your team with these tools and train them how to use them, until working that way is just how work gets done. We find the hours hiding in your operation, build the tools that get them back, and stay until it sticks.
02 · Why AI projects fail
Three ways AI projects die
We've watched it happen the same way over and over. All three are avoidable.
01
Wrong target.
Most “AI ideas” aren't actually AI problems. Automating the wrong workflow burns budget and goodwill. The work starts with finding where AI genuinely applies in youroperation, not where a vendor's demo says it does.
02
Tools without training.
Software your team doesn't use is shelfware. Generic “intro to AI” sessions don't change behavior. Training only sticks when it's built on your team's real documents, real systems, and real daily work.
03
Nobody owns it.
A pilot without an owner dies the week the consultant leaves. We set up every tool so your team runs it, keeps it, and improves it: open stack, no lock-in, no dependency on us to keep the lights on.
03 · What we do
Four ways to engage
From a first look at your operation to fully built systems. Start where it makes sense.
Start here
AI Opportunity Assessment
A short, fixed-scope audit of your operations. We map your workflows, find where AI actually applies, and hand you a ranked list of opportunities with the expected payoff for each. One conversation to start, no commitment.
AI Training & Enablement
Hands-on training built around your team's real documents, tools, and processes, not generic demos. Leadership briefings, team workshops, and practical playbooks your people keep using after we leave.
Custom AI Tools
Purpose-built tools that solve one specific, expensive problem: a quoting assistant, a document processor, an internal knowledge agent. Built on a proven open stack, so you keep everything we build.
Workflow Automation
End-to-end automation of the repetitive work that eats your team's week: email, documents, spreadsheets, data entry. We map the workflow, automate the repetitive steps, and keep humans in the loop where judgment matters.
04 · Industries
Built around your industry, not a generic playbook
The problems are different in every industry. The hours hiding in a machine shop aren't where they hide in a law office. We go deep where we've done the work.
Manufacturing
Quoting, POs, supplier email, spec sheets, tribal knowledge. The founder has done these jobs; this is where Key Depth goes deepest.
Your industry
The workflows rhyme everywhere: documents in, decisions made, emails chased. If your team drowns in repetitive knowledge work, the assessment will find the hours.
05 · How we work
Start small. Prove it. Then build.
Step 1
Assess.
A fixed-scope audit of your operations. You get a ranked list of AI opportunities with the expected payoff for each, yours to keep whether or not we go further.
Step 2
Build & train.
We build the tool or automate the workflow, then train your team on your actual documents until it sticks. Real adoption, not a handoff PDF.
Step 3
Support.
You keep what we build: open stack, no lock-in. We stay on as your needs grow, or hand it off cleanly. Your call.
06 · Featured tools
We don't just advise. We ship.
Working tools, built from problems we've seen first-hand. Try them, study them, or have us build yours.
PO-Relay
An assistant for production buyers. It monitors your supplier inbox, tracks every open PO, and drafts your follow-ups, so you start the day knowing exactly what needs your attention. Built after watching buyers lose hours chasing supplier emails.
Supplier Email PO Tracker
Reads every supplier email automatically and keeps a live view of every open PO, with no data entry.
Shift-Ready Morning Briefing
Pulls from email, ERP, and yesterday's open items to build a prioritized to-do before the day starts.
07 · From experience
Notes from the floor
What we've learned building AI tools inside real operations, written by someone who has done the job.
08 · About the founder
Built from the floor up
Key Depth was founded by Jack Drechsler, who spent his career in procurement, industrial automation, and supply chain before building AI tools full-time. Every service we offer started as a problem he watched eat someone's week, usually his own. That's the standard for everything we build: would the person doing the job actually use this?
Not sure where AI fits in your business?
That's exactly what the assessment is for. One conversation, no commitment. You leave with a ranked list of opportunities either way.
